New Blog:Lenita has a new Car!!!
Hi Everyone! Mission Reality is so excited about the secret mission we just pulled off! We shot our pilot for our television show, Mission Reality America on Thursday, and it was GREAT! We had to keep it under wraps (even on our website) until it was done, so that Lenita (her name was Diane to cover her true identity on our Pick-a -Mission Page), our missionee, would not find out about the huge surprise that was coming her way.
As Lenita stepped down from the stagecoach, the crowd parted to reveal the real gift that Rosa’s gave….a brand new 2010 Toyota Corolla! view the video below
Mission Reality started the day out surprising Lenita at The paradise Café and Bakery. From there the team took her to The Spa at the Crescent, where the wonderful staff at the Crescent treated her to a facial, pedicure and manicure. The surprises continued as she was next whisked off to Macy’s, where the store treated her to a shopping spree and a Macy’s gift bag full of goodies!
But the day was not over…oh no! Bobby and Leona Cox of Rosa’s Café and Tortilla Factory rolled up to Macy’s in their own private Stagecoach pulled by 4 beautiful black horses. They treated her to a one of a kind special ride that ended with a huge crowd of people waiting for Lenita holding signs of endearment and well wishes.

On August 10th our beloved friend and team member went to be with the Lord after a long battle with a brain tumor. We were all so absolutely blessed to have had him for the time we did! We are going to miss his joy, laughter, kindness, compassion and most of all, his love for the Lord and his passion to share Christ…no matter where he was! His departure leaves a hole in our hearts, however… we know we will see him again, he just made it home a little sooner than the rest of us. Tanja, we love you so much, and we will continue to bathe you in prayer, knowing the Father is faithful!!! Corey, we miss you already…our hearts are aching and the tears are flowing. We will see you on the other side!

Mission Reality had a great time on St. Patrick’s day hosting an Alex’s Lemonade Stand. Adrian from Power FM came out to hang out with us for a while and we had great help from the whole crew at Power FM on getting the word out that we were there.
Alex’s Lemonade Stand was started when a little girl named Alex was diagnosed with cancer and at age four, decided that she wanted to help find a cure so that other children would never have to have it, so she started her own stand to raise money to find a cure. She lost her battle at age eight, but her memory lives
on as her parents have kept Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation alive and well, and to date, over $25 million has been raised.
